Toddlers Meetings & Family outings


TODDLERS' GROUP MEETINGS & FAMILY OUTINGS
in the Swiss Church, 10am - 12noon:

The Toddlers Group usually meets every first and third Wednesday of the month. However each meeting has to be confirmed.

The parent & toddler’s group in the Swiss Church started in 2004. It is a popular meeting point for parents and their children who have a connection with Switzerland. There are plenty of toys for the kids and the grown-ups have the opportunity to chat over coffee and biscuits.

We organise activities and games and sing songs together. Also we tell stories in multiple languages giving all children a chance to interact and take part! Our conversations are in Swiss German, French, High German and English. We very much appreciate to be able to discuss and share life experiences in our own native language.

It is also a great opportunity for the children to practice their mother tongue.
If you are interested in joining feel free to drop in on one of our regular meetings.

Swiss Cafés


Would you like to spend time in a relaxing environment ? Meet other Swiss and practise your Swiss German, French… - your mother tongue? Then the Swiss Café might be what you are looking for. Board and card games and song sheets will be available, to choose from if you would like to play or sing.

We aim to prepare a Swiss dish, every other time (volunteer cooks welcome…). Don’t hesitate to bring your children or grandchildren. There will be space for babies/toddlers available on the first floor, if needed.

Everybody is welcome, including English speakers !
